| 1:35 am | Bugger I found this thing. Realized its been since my brother died I've even made an entry. Surprise. I'm still alive. Sometimes, I'm not even sure why. All these years, all these fights, not even a mark on me. Am I that good, that lucky, or is fate a bitch? Sorry, I guess I shouldn't drink and write. |

| 11:21 am | Its over. The funeral service is over, my parents have left for France. Have to attend to some things at the office today, I'll be home tonight and tomorrow if anybody wants to drop by. Saturday morning, I'm off to Marseilles myself for the weekend. I've still got that little apartment; the townhouse will be too grim for a while, and I intend to indulge in some Olympic-class drinking. Anybody wants to go, the trip is on me. |

| 11:49 pm | On the Road Again India, Taiwan, and Indonesia for meetings and hand-holding on some contracts. I think something has been leaking from the office, the competition is closing in on one of my accounts. Home Thursday and terrorize the office assistants; see if they have been flapping jaws somewhere they shouldn't have been. I have so got to get somebody to run the office side of things. Anybody out there with legal contract experience, preferably some international? Good with customers muggle and wizarding, and can be bribed to work long hours with insane people. Own office and staff? Some international travel at my expense? Piles of galleons? Anybody? |

| 12:08 pm | Journal Entry Open Hi kids, did you miss me? Everybody I've talked to said I should get one of these journals so I could get back in touch with everybody. We'll see. I've transferred back to the London office, and will probably only be off visiting clients one or two days a week. You'll be able to reach me most evenings at the old Clink Street address. No floo access, but owl or call me on the telephone. My mobile number is still the same. I think I'll drop by Diagon Alley after work today and see who I can run into. Richard |
